@Wendell De Guzman and thus is the beauty of the United States. Michigan LLC's cost $50 to set up, and $25 per year to register. We also do as many as 5-10 offers a month (or more) and have a stack of LLC's ready to go. Transfer taxes on an LLC that doesn't own the property...just the accepted offer can't be that much in any state...but at $500 a crack per LLC....ouch. No offense, but I'll stay in Michigan. LOL.
