Hey everyone I'm brand new to investing, and I was wondering if anyone could give me the basics behind foreclosures. I am looking into purchasing a single family home to renovate and flip and was also wondering if purchasing a foreclosure would be a good way to go about that. Any information would be great. Thank you!
