Hey everyone I'm brand new to investing, and I was wondering if anyone could give me the basics behind foreclosures. I am looking into purchasing a single family home to renovate and flip and was also wondering if purchasing a foreclosure would be a good way to go about that. Any information would be great. Thank you!

Looking to possibly invest in a single family home in Portland Maine or Manchester New Hampshire. I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding the housing market in those areas. Or anywhere in Maine or New Hampshire for that matter. Any information would be great. Thank you!

I would like to thank all of you for welcoming me to the BP family. I greatly appreciate all of the suggestions you guys have made and have already begun downloading my first podcasts! I will certainly be attending some of those meetings when I return state side. Once again thank you!

I am 22 and brand new to real estate and am interested in learning the in an outs of flipping houses. If anyone has any information on the best way to get started that would be great.  Such as would it be better to start small with a condo/aprtment type place? I know a lot of it depends on location. But ya anything people could contribute would be much appreciated. Thank you!

First off I am extremely excited to join the bigger pockets family I can't wait to get started! My name is Brandon. I am currently stationed on the USS Bonhomme Richard out of Sasebo Japan. I am coming to the end of my enlistment and will be relocating back to the New England area. I am always looking for ways to invest my money and have recently become interested in the idea of real estate. I am planning on attempting to purchase a small piece of property such as a condo or apartment with the intentions of flipping it. I know I have ALOT to learn, so any information tips whatever would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
