National title company that will issue title insurance on TX tax sales??

Hello,

I am a in investor in the San Antonio, Texas area, and I am curious in 2 properties that are available off of the "struck off list" (our county's list of properties that did not get sold at the tax sale auction).

I recently found out that our title company that we usually buy our properties from will NOT issue title insurance on properties bought at the tax sale for 2 years!!!

Does anyone know of a national or Texas based title company that will issue title insurance for these kinds of acquisitions?
