Any one has problem with HUD!
Hi everybody,
I was wondering if anyone has this problem. I have a HUD deal under contract. The numbers are really good. Price = 62% ARV. I got a lot of interested from cash buyers. But then when they know the house is from HUD, they seems uncomfortable with that, even the title is clear by reputable attorney. What would you deal with this situation?

Buyers are sometimes less interested when they find out you are only in contract. Not because they intend to go around you, but because it makes them aware that they are paying more than they think they should. Technically it shouldn't matter if they are happy with the price. But once some buyers are aware there is a mark-up they are less interested.
