Needing an attorney who can file a forfeiture for a house on contract for deed,

Needing some advice.   I purchased a performing loan that turned non-performing.   I gave the borrower a chance to get his act together, and he rewarded my generosity by filing bankruptcy 13.   The court just dismissed the case for lack of documentation from the borrower.

The contract language gives me the right to take back the property, which given the borrower's behavior and 4 month delinquency with zero communication, I plan on doing.

The attorney I used to defend the bk-13 wants $5k to do the forfeiture, which is more in line with the price of a foreclosure under a mortgage.   I don't have a mortgage, but rather a contract for deed, and the forfeiture/eviction and giving me the right to sell "as-is" ASAP should be far less money than $5k.

Any advice on a good attorney practicing this type of law who offers a reasonable cost, I welcome the referral.
