Does anyone else get old pre-foreclosure data from PropStream?

I pulled up pre-foreclosures from 2 separate counties. I noticed that the pre-foreclosures of one county are from 9/2/21-6/10/22 and of the other county are from 5/14/21-5/9/22.

Can this data be used? I understand the best pre-foreclosure data is fresh and only 4-5 months old.

Do you personally use the data until the auction is scheduled?
