Credit Bureau-List of People Late on Mortgage Payments

Where is the best place to get lists of folks who are behind in payments. I would like lists that are generated from credit reporting agencies not from Lis Pendens because eveyone has acces to the Lis Pendens lists. I know REI Blackbook offers it but I am not willing to pay the thousand or so dollars it takes to get set up with them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know if Freedom Soft offers this feature?
