Finding Foreclosures in Knoxville, TN

Bob Blackburn
Posted

Any advice on resources to find foreclosure sales? I've looked at auction.com, but in my experience in other states, some foreclosure can only be found on a law firm's website.

New to the Knoxville area and interested in ways to become educated on the local real estate market. Thanks!

Tennessee is a non-judicial state and the foreclosure proceeding is called a notice of trustee's sale.

Here's a link where you can find filings for the entire state (for free):

Good luck Bob!
