How to evaluate a commercial wholesale deal?

Hey there BP wholesalers! I’m a wholesaler from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I am pretty green with just one deal under my belt. I have a lead on a small commercial property (under 1000 sq/ft) that I’m just not quite sure what to do with. I understand that the commercial side is evaluated a bit differently then the classic residential side. I would love some insight on this topic. I am willing to share more information on the property just message me! Thanks everyone!
