Hello everyone! I am a RE investor in North MS. I am thinking of jumping into self storage in the near future. What are some clauses in your lease that have helped you with problems when they arose?

Contact your state Self Storage association and ask for their standard lease agreement.  If there isn't an organization in your state, pick a nearby state.
