Calculating the price per sq ft for office space

I am so confused on how to get a base comparison of what I should charge for an office space I’m wanting to buy and rent out.

I want to know the price per srq foot I should charge for my area.

It’s in downtown Bradenton FL (Great location), approx 1,270 srq ft 4 parking spaces, 2 bathrooms, 3 meeting spaces and 3 offices. Can anyone help

Give me an estimate?

Call the local economic development dept. in your city and see if they can recommend a few office brokers you can talk with.  Give them a call and ask them the same question in your post.  They may have a client(s) interested in leasing your property.  Also check out: https://www2.colliers.com   and https://www.cbre.us/  Look up the office reports and or look up their reps for your area.  Hope this help
