Real Estate Friends!

I have found it frustrating that finding banks that are investor friendly for smaller deals is so challenging. I have seen people post that they needed to call 50 banks to find a bank that will finance their deal. That’s why I created a simple directory of investor friendly banks. Please submit the Banks you have found to be investor friendly.

Realerdeal. com and go to where it says submit a bank.

Let’s help others!

@Gregory Schwartz I have gotten those alerts as well.

I am going to see if my auto pays stop and go from there.

I guess worse case I open a personal account and fund it each month.

@Bjorik Mutize

Yeah, it seems to work really well in certain situations.

In places like multi family it’s hard to determine who should and shouldn’t be there. You don’t want the police called on residents.

It works really well in places where there shouldn’t be anyone at certain times. Car dealership yards , bus yards... etc.
