how can i find good investment realtor in my location?

does anyone know how i can find a good realtor in my area of detroit michigan for bringing me good investment properties? i need a realtor w experience in investment properties and rentals but im not sure how to find one. after all any realtor will proclaim they can find investment props but that doesnt mean they are comparable to one who has been doing their own rentals and knows how to guide and direct me.

What area are you looking to acquire properties? I'm in Howell and have been picking up properties for my own portfolio for the past several years. I buy office buildings out here in Livingston County and Single Family Houses in Ferndale, Royal Oak and Hazel Park as rentals.

I have dealt with tons of sales people along the I-96 corridor, some I think would be good to assist with acquiring investment properties, others I would'nt recommend at all. Buying at the right price takes tons of offers and tons of rejection to finally get one that hits. Most sales people I have dealt with don't like working with investors because it's too much work putting in all the offers only to get one or two cheap sales out of it. But I can make recommendations depending on the locations you're looking into.

Also, I'm a broker. I usually place offers for my own account but if I can help please let me know.
