What do I do?

Where is the best place to start looking for Commercial Real Estate Investors? I want to break out of the commercial brokerage business, and begin our own company. We have about 2000+ brokers who bring us deals, and are looking to have investors invest in the company/property without having to deal with these lenders who don't know what they're doing.

So my question....where do I start to find investors to work with? I understand the costs, and have a Real Estate attorney, I just need help getting my feet off the ground. Thank you so much,

Makes me wonder about what you could be doing in commercail that conventional lenders can't meet your needs! It really doesn't matter how many "brokers" are feeding your business, doesn't do much good if your scheme is so far off center that you can't conventionally finance a commercial deal.

Why not give more details and I'll take a stab at it for you. :)
