@Jeremy Thanks, but right now I need to reach out to investors...where are some good places to begin doing that?

Thanks for the replies. It's not that they don't meet my needs, at some point you realize that your better then they are. Our programs and 'schemes' are sound, we've closed enough deals, to be honest I just don't like the way most of them conduct business. They're all high on themselves, don't care about relationships, step on anyone and everyone they can.... Also, it's not that we can't finance a conventional deal, I honestly have been focusing more on hard money than anything, because I enjoy helping the people that heard 'no' everywhere else.

@Karen M. Your right with the second one. I'm currently a CEO of a "broker" company, but feel like I'm living a lie if the money isn't coming from an investor I have. So I already started another company, and have been actively looking for investors (financial backer that puts up the actual money on a deal etc.), but being new at this, really don't know where to begin.

Where is the best place to start looking for Commercial Real Estate Investors? I want to break out of the commercial brokerage business, and begin our own company. We have about 2000+ brokers who bring us deals, and are looking to have investors invest in the company/property without having to deal with these lenders who don't know what they're doing.

So my question....where do I start to find investors to work with? I understand the costs, and have a Real Estate attorney, I just need help getting my feet off the ground. Thank you so much,

I currently work as a CEO of commercial lending company, but we're only lender correspondents. I graduated from Temple with a Bachelors in Chemistry and Biology. I started working in commercial real estate 5 years ago and love it. I've been successful, and am looking to expand a company I started a couple months ago into DIRECT lenders. I prefer to be hard money lenders as well. I've posted forums places, and got people who respond asking for 15000 up front, and 5 million dollars after I get the investors, but being in the commercial real estate business, and knowing the type that is out there, I just don't trust everyone. I'd really like to find my own investors as well, but my question is, where the heck do I start? What's the best way to get an investor for a lending company? I have everything else, title company, lawyer, business, employees, now I just need to go a head and find the investors. Any input would be great! Thanks,
