I’m looking for help in the Canadian commercial lending world, I already have a commercial mortgage on a small apartment building and am looking to prepare for a run at a commercial property when I see one I like, but would also like to understand better how I can access the equity in my commercial property as it doesn’t really follow the same rules as a mortgage would in the residential space.
