Looking for a commercial real estate appraiser

I reached out to CBRE a week ago about doing a market study for a commercial building I want to build, never heard back. Anyone know a commercial appraiser who could develop a market study for me in Massachusetts?  I need help figuring out the highest and best use of the land, what type of leased space will work best there and what the future building will appraise for with seasoned tenants.
