What hotel franchises would you recommend

I love hospitality

I like doing real estate

I’ve had jobs in both

I’m dreaming a little here but ummm always looking for something new to venture and learn

Anyone have any good recommendations on what hotel franchises would be ideal for a first time hotelier?

Anything I should master in terms of financial literacy beyond what I’ve learned in residential real estate and any recommendations on books as well?

I normally don’t like asking for these kind of recommendations and I’d normally do my own research but

1. This idea is more expensive then anything I’ve ever done

And

2. Following BP, there are some smart folks here. I’d be silly not to ask!
