Pc of land with five mobile home. 39000.00

All rented.

Mobiles belong to renters. 150 a mth x 5 750.00 a month....

I want to purchase this and raise rent to 185.00 a month x 5 = 925.00

By doing that i will have a maintence fund build and possible a fund to purchase a mobile myself as lots become vacant so I can collect a full housing rent over time...

What do u think. Expecting a total of 46000.00 to be paid in 3years maybe sooner.

@Chad Bellanger a 35 dollar jump could be a bit much for this clientele. Understand that's an increase of 25 percent.
