Hi. Can someone assist regarding a commercial office lease . Much appreciated

If Landlord is already charging rent with load factor + allocated taxes & insurance.

Can the landlord charge allocated common area expenses on top ? (Cleaning charges, electric, landscaping, water). Thanks.

Read the lease, it will clearly detail what can and can't be charged.
