Royalty income when you own commercial property free and clear.
I need advice on how to get a piece of land developed.
I thought because i owner the property free and clear it would be easy to develop the land. Boy was I wrong.
I would like to partner up with a developer to help me develop and get rent or sell the property after it’s done.
Has anyone ever gone to a big developer that has had a good/bad experience?
