Hi BPers,

Is there a good site to check recently sold commercial listings? I've tried Loopnet and based on the filters only see on the market deals. I'm looking in the Houston area, any recommendations or help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Costar may be a good source. Also appraisers and commercial lenders. The big brokerage companies ie Marcus & Millichap, CBRE have lots of closings that generally aren’t known to the local circle because they sell to out of state investors who tend to use out of state lenders so having a contact at one of those can be invaluable.
