Will Offering Analyst Assistance Be Benificial to an Investor?

I’m advanced with excel Understand a bit of underwriting 10 years in marketing 5 years in real estate industry I wouldn’t mind working with an investor to learn more of the ropes but how would one present an offer to work with an investor to build a relationship as a employee/employer to potential partner? That would be my goal, assist an investor (paid) until I eventually know enough to partner on deals. Any thoughts? Thanks
