Looking for a HVAC contractor

Dear biggerpocketers, we are looking for a HVAC contractor to install a boiler heating system to a 17-unit apartment building. The building is in Cleveland, and ZIP code is 44110.

Any good HVAC contractors here or if you have a good one to recommend?

Thanks a lot.

Boilers and radiant hot water or steam heat are somewhat of a lost art form. Many HVAC contractors are skilled in modern furnaces, modern AC units, and ductwork, but lack experience in the vintage boiler systems. I was in your situation and I consulted an expert in boilers/steam heat. The cost might even be slightly more than what HVAC contractors may quote you, but this is a job you want done correctly. HeatingHelp has a decent forum for specific recommendations, questions and contractor referrals.
