Downtown Allentown Revitalization Value?

I found an appartment in the downtown Allentown area. Does anyone know if there is anymore plans to build up in the area? I heard the old post office on 5th street is shutting down? I understand the 18102 zip code isn’t the best but do we see value 5-10 years down the road?
