ADA Compliance For Restaurants

Wendy Gu
Posted

Hello, I am new to this forum. I would like to know whether are all restaurants required to have ADA compliant restrooms? According to this site: site https://smallbiztrends.com/2016/05/small-business-...

Small business with less than 14 employees do not need to be ADA compliant. Is this true?

@Wendy Gu

I would discuss this with a quality ADA attorney in your area. With a public space, like a restaurant, you'll want to consider your guests, as well. An ADA lawsuit from a patron is an unnecessary burden if you can avoid it.
