Hello all, I'm brand new to real estate, I've done tons of reading went to seminars etc. etc. I'm still pretty clueless on the ins and outs of real estate. My wife and I are trying to get the ball rolling. I'm going to be using hard money until I get some capital built up. I'm looking for advice on a possible area between Kings Island and cincy to possibly be able to find my first deal in. Any and all advice is welcome, also looking to build my network of other investors. Thank You in advance Carl Jones

Hi

If you can do some house hacking to get more cash coming in.

Then try to volunteer as a free intern on a flip.  Do anything needed-go for coffee, get some more nails at home depot.  You will learn a lot and get the bug too.  If you are a Veteran, state that as well. It doesn't have to be full time.  Maybe wife can get a second gig part time.

Good Luck
