Hi,

I am looking for option of Land Contract to construct office building. 

I am planning to do Land Contract with owner and once construction completed, sale the the building and pay off Land contract due.

Please provide me your insight..

  • What is general term of land contract?
  • Typically need to pay monthly or quarterly?
  • Interest rate ?
  • Need to pay tax and insurance?
