Need Broker to Rent 5500 SF of Office/Retail in OKC

Hello, I've recently purchased the Iglesia Building at the corner on Western and NW 49th here in Oklahoma City, OK. It's a three story building with a coffee shop on the ground floor. I'm looking for an office/service tenant to occupy the upper two floors that contain 5500SF. I've interviewed the major brokerages here but haven't been able to make a decision. Do you all know the best office space brokerage here in OKC? Thank you for your help and I appreciate your time.
