List of Places to Find Great Commercial Deals

Can anybody contribute ways to find great commercial deals?

I'm starting to go into commercial real estate investing, starting off with multi-unit apartments.

So far I've tried Loopnet and also going on the CB Richard Ellis website to find listings. No great deals, most of them have the value already added.

Can anybody contribute ways they find great deals on commercial real estate?
