Best way to purchase first 5 unit property

Hi, I am wondering if someone can help respond to this question.

How can I purchase my first 5 unit property without any experience? What if I have one year of experience? Do I need to partner up or just go ahead and ask a commercial lender directly? Or do I need to show the lender how I going to manage the property?

I agree with @Account Closed. Act professional and let the lender know that you have give thought to this purchase. Prepare a 3 year proforma budget to show them how you expect to run it. A 5 unit is not a big leap from SFH so the experience should not be a big detriment.
