Blueprints for a old property
I purchased a commercial property in Kentucky. I did not get the blueprints from the seller. I need the blueprints for cost seg study. Is there any other way I can get the blueprints from city or any other source?
The cost seg study company is quoting me $4k for cost seg if I have blueprints. If I dont have they are charging me $9k. Appreciate any guidance.
