It is 10,000 sq ft property. Do you have any recommendations for blueprints? Appreciate any guidance.

I purchased a commercial property in Kentucky. I did not get the blueprints from the seller. I need the blueprints for cost seg study. Is there any other way I can get the blueprints from city or any other source? The cost seg study company is quoting me $4k for cost seg if I have blueprints. If I dont have they are charging me $9k. Appreciate any guidance.

I came across this company which facilitated in service alternate rollover. https://inservicealternaterollover.com/about-us/contact-us/ This company facilitates 401k roll over while I am still employed with the employer supporting my 401k. I am not sure if this is possible. I am afraid if the risks and associated tax penalties. Did anyone work with this/similar company? Are there any blindspots? Appreciate guidance.
