credit scores and credit protection services

who is the most accurate company to check fico scores? is it worth $30 a month for the protection? its not alot of $ but im in save mode for my next multi unit. i have a monitoring service but for $30 i can see my report quarterly. im a rookie so any advice helps. sorry if this topic was discussed already.

@Thomas Anderson go straight to the source https://www.myfico.com/member-home/ my friend.  Never use other services as they cannot provide you the most accurate FICO score. Fair and Isaac has the game mastered.  If you purchase the service from FICO be sure to look at the different versions per bureau as a Fico 8 version score for credit cards will be different from the Fico 9 score and so on.... I have a deep understanding of credit so feel free to bounce things off of me.  

I don't buy the monitoring I think that's a racket...
