Commercial property 101

OK folks so I keep reading here that commercial property investing has a few advantages over residential. OK, I'll buy that. However, how does one get started with commercial? Where do you find it? Is there an equivalent for MLS or realtor.com? Where do you find commercial REO's? I've seen few listings here and there but there's got to be more... where?
Than, how do you evaluate it? An equivalent of zillow perhaps? I know it has its flaws, but still...
And how do you estimate the income potential? An equivalent of rentometer?

It seems like all around commercial might be a better avenue, more so during these down times, but the data I find is scarce, unless I'm looking in the wrong places... HELP?

P.S. OK so I found the link here http://www.biggerpockets.com/commercial-real-estate.html dealing with commercial and it mentions CIMLS, but how about estimating it and assessing its income potential? zillow and rentometer equivalents?
