Ethic Violation Advise

Hi

If Landlord is representing by a  broker and tenant is also representing by a broker. I  am representing Tenant. Can landlord reach directly to the tenant without  Tenant's broker permission? Is this  not considered a  Ethics violation ? Can Landlord give the keys of the place without executed lease to the tenant? What are the options and advise?
