RV Parks

Wanted to get some feedback on developing and running an RV park. I'm considering buy some property near a new chemical plant construction site and turning it into an RV park to house the construction workers. Any feedback on development/ construction costs, monthly operating costs (insurance, electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. Any tips on operating it as an absentee owner would help as well.
