I had a network of about 300 investors with them for Inner 10 Development about 2-3 months ago.  They summarily erased my company's profile with zero notice.  I emailed Ben Miller about this and copied their support alias.  Crickets.  

I'd steer clear of bothering with this sort of ridiculousness going on.
