What was the time frame from start to finish?

Im also looking at Lancaster, Ill check out the @Chad Gallagher and the local group he runs.

If I erect a building, I understand I need to make a down payment for the construction loan. At the completion of construction I need to refinance into a permanent loan. Do I need to pay a down payment when I refinance my construction loan into permanent financing?
