I'm curious, I have 2.5 acres that are bought and paid for but are currently residential. I'm interested in changing the zoning so that I can use them for outdoor RV & Boat storage. I'm in the Air Force and not living in the local area where my land is located. So I was thinking this could be a good way to get some income from something I already own... Any thoughts or suggestions?
