Does anyone have any suggestions for finding some self storage investor meet ups in the northeast Ohio area? Also, where is a good place to look for agents that have experience looking for self storage properties for sale.

Thanks

Look on loopnet Selfstorage in your surrounding states. Ask those realtors to put you in their buy list.

Also google self storage for sale in your surrounding states.  Get in their buy lists.

It’s better to build right now.  Look for a market where 10x20’s are renting for at least $110 or higher.   Otherwise return is t with it.
