@Chris Seveney Sorry for the late response. I'm involved in a medical association that is trying to attract younger physicians to be involved. Yes I would want to focus on Instagram.

Hey everyone! I am in need of a property management company for our 14 unit multifamily in Dayton. Does anybody have any reputable sources? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to get a new club off the ground and I want to connect and bring more value to people through Instagram. I don't use Instagram and don't know much about it. Any suggestions or thoughts on an Instagram content creator / site manager?

@Chris K. Thank you for the very detailed response/information. At this time my partner and I are getting a lot of off market deals but are having difficulties securing funding. So we would desire more private equity, but would be open to creative financing including 1031s or syndication.

Quote from @Henry Clark:

Not converting.

Options are own the building but lease out.  Or operate the business.

 Great Thank you, Henry.

@Charlie Cameron Yes my name is very common so I'm used to being confused with another Neal Patel! When you say smaller, what size are you looking for? I do get quite a few off market deals and can send them your way based on your criteria. Also do you consider doing conversions such as hotels do ALFs? Thank you.

Hi Henry,

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, you're saying to either consider converting a building as an ALF and leasing out to a company rather than being an operator? Yes I'll keep you posted. I'm still working on a few projects.

Thank you all for your insight and responses. So far we have done full due diligence, have secured debt lending but still are trying to come up with the equity portion. We have reached out to larger equity partners. The property is 90% occupied. Any suggestions for specific large equity firms outside of CBRE, JLL?
