Hi all,

For anyone with experience on self-service car washes, I would love to connect regarding how operations of these works and how passive an opportunity it could be.  Also, what red flags we should know about when reviewing operations, processes, condition, etc

My buddy has one.   Not passive

1. Garbage

2.  Are you near the countryside?  Mud

3.  Coin or card operated?

4.  If you’re in Florida no freezing issues.

5.  How old?  Lots of maintenance on older units.
