Looking For Office Space in GA

Soon, I will be 'moving' to GA. I already spend part of my time here but later this quarter I will become a 'full-time' resident of GA. Since I am already getting disapproving looks from my neighbors as my team here in GA comes and goes, I'm going to go ahead and acquire office space now rather than later.

So, if you know of any available office space in the Sugarloaf area of Gwinnett county, I'd appreciate you giving me a heads up on it. We need about 5000 square feet initially but would probably double that within a couple of years. I'd rather buy than lease. The closer to the Sugarloaf Country Club Community, the better. We are engaging an agent but I want to accelerate this process.
