Self storage- Auction maybe

Self storage auction processes are specific to each state.  Ours requires you to advertise the auction contents.  Which means you have to take an inventory.  Anyone want to inventory these units?  Luckily you can just do a general overview of the contents.

By the time we reach the auction date most of these will have been paid and not go to auction.

Just for kicks let’s do an auction.  Just like in Storage Wars right?  $1,000 bid increments.  Three units, we will do just one.  Before you bid what would you put down as the inventory description in two sentences?  This is actually a good unit.
