Is there any special requirements to turn farm land into rv parking lot?

What’s an average investment to turn 3 acres into rv parking lot?

You’re in Texas.  No zoning in the county.   See if you’re in the city.  Should check if you need a permit for your access road especially if you’re on a state road.  See if you’re within the city zoning radius even if you’re in the county.  Might be 1 mile.

The magic number in some counties is 3.0 acres for a storm retention pond.   Might depend on the road and parking surface if it is permeable.

Water needs to exit the same way as currently onto your neighbors

Use the magnifying lookup.  Use my name and parking self storage and look up my post.

After reading it will cost you anywhere from $0 to $100,000.

Check your soil type.  If the deep river sand you will need to invest more.  Possibly packed Cliche and or asphalt regrinds.  Hill country limestone then nothing.  If you’re near recycled concrete 1 inch with fines.  Use that and Georgie for the roads.
