Newsletter I get said both are having financial issues

Realize they would be individual locations.
What type of leases would be in place and what type of ownership?

Ownership of the building.  Would the leased buildings typically be individually owned if standalone buildings?  Or owned as part of a complex?   Thanks.

It could be owned by an individual, group, or institutional owner.  The leased building could be part of a complex or a standalone. It just depends on the specific building and strip mall.  You can probably check with the assessor’s office/zoning to see if the leased building is on the same parcel as some other buildings.
