Old bank building for sale...potential QSR?

Looking at an old bank building for sale as is. It has a drive through and is off of a 4 lane highway. Two lanes each way with turning lanes into the property. Traffic counts are about 19,000 vehicles per day. Anyone know if this is enough traffic to entice interest in the building. Let me know your thoughts.

What is the speed limit on the highway?
How close are the nearest stop signs or street lights?
Is it a straight road or curve in front?
Is there a turn lane from the far lane, across the medium? Or just a turn lane on your side?
When you say Off. Is it the first property as you come in on the left or right side?
What is the speed limit or traffic count on the side street next to the building?
Is there a billboard on the property along the highway or is it possible to put one there?
