Best place to export commercial owner leads

I'm looking to export a list of all multifamily owners in a particular state. Name, address, contact info, # of units, etc.

Where is the best and/or cheapest place to get this data? Looking to dial for off market MF leads.

Thx!

@Chris Koerner the most reliable sources will be CoStar, CRExi and Yardi. Unfortunately, none of them will be cheap.

If you plan on dialing all these properties, I'm going to assume you have a qualified buyer you are doing it for? Have them get you the list!
